KARTING STUFF
When and how did you first
get into in karting? - I was 9 and Dad bought me a Cadet kart to have a go
with. I liked it so much that I soon started to race at Three Sisters, near
Wigan.
What do you find so exciting about it? - The buzz, when
you're going into a corner giving everything you've got
What's been
the lowest point of your karting career? - Getting black-flagged at the
last race of 2007. It was at Clay Pigeon and I was leading at the time. I
allegedly fired another driver off the circuit. Without that black flag, I
would've won the championship.
And the highest? - Winning the
double header at Larkhall 2007 Super 1
Ultimate goal in karting?
- To be World Champion
Favourite circuit? - Braga
(Portugal)
How do you prepare for races? - Eat lots of fruit and
hit the gym, hard
Any special rituals before going out on track?
- Always listen to a track on my i-Pod
Do you suffer from nerves?
- Yes but when the green lights turn on, they all
go

life? - Getting really drunk at my cousin's 21st - I didn't make it past 12
and had to be taken home by my mum
